For Advent we decided to commit to going to church! While this may seem odd to many of you, the church we had been attending was a 45 minute drive away... and we just never seemed to get there. So - we found an Episcopal church a mere 15-20 minutes away, and gave that a try. I think we bring the average age down by about half, but everyone loves the kids. They even got speaking roles in the Advent pageant the first week we were there. Nina was an angel and George was a donkey who delivered his line perfectly!
